Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel orders or subscriptions placed on Yanna Advanced SkinCare (the "Site").

Appointments
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Advanced Notice

You must give 24-hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment instead.

If you cannot give us 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged the total amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to start the treatment.

Regardless of the length of the treatment, you will be responsible for the whole session. Please plan accordingly and be on time out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers.
Orders

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Cancellation after Shipment: Your order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. However, you may return the item(s) following our Return Policy (see below).

Subscriptions

Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund Proration: If you cancel your subscription before your current billing cycle ends, you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the cycle.

Cancellation Effective Date: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until then.
Return Policy

Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging and resalable condition.

Exceptions: Some items, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.
